Hi Debby!

We just absolutely love our little one in every way! He fits into our family perfectly! Thank you so much for everything! As soon as we got home, he conked out and passed out at about 9:30pm until 5:30am when he woke us up to let us know he had to go poo poo on his pads! hehe So precious! My mother in law is just about ready to steal him, as they had a bonding moment last night while she was folding her laundry he was just sitting on her lap watching her! hehe It was to cute! We're going to head to our vet's office tomorrow. and do his little check up/check out as you requested, because they are actually closed today. But boy is he one happy and healthy little guy who just loves to be loved and is so playful! Anyhow, you have been wonderful and we're so blessed to know that he comes from such a  loving home! We will definitely be in touch, and trust me I will send many pictures your way so that you can post them!!! hehe

With Warm Regards,

Hi Debby,

Just thought I would update you… Curtis said the ride home was fine.  He got here about 5pm.  Puff did throw up a little bit in the carrier, and a few whimpers, but he slept most of the way home.  When Curtis brought him in the house (we are keeping him in the kitchen), he peed everywhere (I guess from excitement) except on the pee pads… he was just so excited.  I sat on the floor with him and petted him and played with him… he was nipping and chewing on my hands, but I have been telling him no.  He was grabbing at my clothes, but I distracted him with toys.  He seems to like all his toys.  I bought one more last night that is like clothing, and that seems to work when he bites at my clothes.  At first, he liked his crate and bed (he went in), but now he doesn’t seem to like his crate at all.  He lays at the gate to the living room so he can see us.  He whimpered when we are not in the kitchen.  Toward the end of the evening, he pooped and peed on his pads.  When we went to bed, he did whimper for awhile and then finally stopped.

Around 5am, he gave a big holler sound like he was being killed or something, and we went to see.  Curtis picked him up and calmed him down, and then he whimpered a little and stopped.  Must have been a nightmare… This morning at 7:30am, I went to see him, and boy he was excited.  I fed him and played with him.  We took him out of the kitchen and into the living room on a large towel and played awhile.  He is being a very good dog.  After I was done in the kitchen doing stuff, he whimpered a little (less) and has stopped.  Think he is getting used to his surroundings now better…

I took some pictures and will send them later.  My camera is acting up – might need repair or something…

Anyway, thanks again… please feel free to write back with any comments, love to hear them…

Penny

Hi Debby!

Thank you so much for bringing such a beautiful little pup into this world. Lilly is absolutely a little doll with a HUGE personality! Everyone just loves her to death. Our son, Zachary has officially been renamed the Dog Hog due to the fact that he wants her all to himself, except for when she decides to go potty, then she is all mine.

Her favorite games to play are hide and seek and chasing the cat of course. She is quite a quick learner too. Already she has mastered how to sit and stay. We are working on coming when called and Zachary is trying to teach her how to fetch. She brings the stick back often but most of the time she tries to run and hide it. Her absolute favorite thing to do though is to come sleep in our bed in the early morning and have her belly scratched.

Thank you so much for everything!!! I cannot imagine not having Lilly around. She has become a huge part of our family and will always remain our little clown!!

Thank you,

Annabelle Miller

Hi Debby-

Here at last are some pictures of my beautiful Finnegan.  He settled right into his new home and in a few weeks he will have me fully trained.  His vet says he is perfectly healthy and I have been working with a trainer who cannot believe how well socialized he is.  My only problem is that I cannot walk him down the street without every person we pass wanting to pet and cuddle him.  Although he looks just like Izzy, he has more than a little Cowboy in him.  A week after I brought him home he managed to climb out of his pen (which is two feet tall).  Imagine my surprise when I came home after a quick trip to the store to find that he was not where I had left him.  I wish I could have seen how he did it!  Thanks again for the wonderful addition to my family.

Thank you so much Debby for the information and puppy photos you provided during our email correspondence.  Your passion for the shih-tzu and maintaining the breed's characteristic traits definitely shows in your puppies.  My husband and I thank you for your time and patience on puppy pick-up day.  We definitely chose the perfect puppy for our family!  He was worth the wait and price since he has brought so much joy to us all.  He has such an adorably sweet personality and big round eyes that just make you melt.  If I ever decide to purchase another shih-tzu, I will definitely contact you again!  Once again, thanks for everything!
